Mama Kandi Burruss has one amazing reason to be so proud — her baby girl, Riley Burruss, has graduated from high school and is heading to college, where she plans to become a lawyer.
The 17-year-old was supposed to graduate with the rest of her class, but because of the coronavirus pandemic, Kandi had to get creative and come up with beautiful yard signs and balloons.
Todd Tucker, Ace, and baby Blaze were all present to help Riley celebrate outside with face masks on. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was beyond happy because Riley’s unique graduation fell on Mother’s Day.
Riley’s stepsister, Kaela Tucker, Tiny Harris, and Tamar Braxton all stepped in the comment section to praise her.
Kandi penned this message for her daughter: “Today was the day my baby @rileyburruss was supposed to get her diploma. Unfortunately, because of the quarantine, the graduation has been postponed, but I still want to congratulate my baby & let her know I am sooooo proud of her! This is the start of a new chapter & so many more major accomplishments to come. Congratulations @rileyburruss & the class of 2020!”
