Here we speak exclusively to Shari Rowe to discuss her new release and all things Christmas:
Your new single is out now, what made you decide to put out a Christmas track this year?
It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do, and everything came together just the right way for it to finally happen.
In your own words what does this song mean to you?
This song represents my home in Arizona. The desert isn’t the typical landscape that comes to mind for Christmas, but I feel like my co-writer and I were able to really capture what a holiday in the southwest feels like.
What do you hope fans take from the track?
Christmas music plays such a big part in the holiday memories we make. I hope fans get that Christmas “feeling” when they hear the song, and that it becomes a track that they play each year!
What does a traditional Christmas look like in your family?
Lots of food. Lots of people! Laughs, singing together… being outside in the beautiful weather, the kids taking turns riding the horses… the family talent show haha!
What is your all time favourite Christmas song?

Would you ever be interested in recording a full length festive LP?
Of course! I think that would be amazing.
Do you plan on releasing a music video for ‘Home For Christmas (Underneath The Desert Sky)’ ?
Yes! I can’t wait to share the music video for this song. It was shot it the desert, just north of the valley, not far from my home, and the cast includes so many of my friends and family.
What does the rest of your 2018 look like?
Shows, TV appearances, charity events, and most importantly, time with family.
